What this policy covers.

This Privacy Policy explains how Stemmed Beatz Inc ("Stemmed Beatz," "we," "us") handles information collected through stemmedbeatz.com. It applies to visitors, contact-form submissions, and buyers of a license.

Collection

Information we collect.

Contact form: your name, email, subject, and message when you submit an inquiry through Contact. This isn't stored in a database — it's emailed directly to the producer, with your address set as the reply-to.

Checkout: you're redirected to Stripe's own hosted checkout to enter payment and billing details — we never receive or store your card number or billing address. The only information we keep from a purchase is the email address Stripe confirms for the order, plus what was purchased (beat, license tier, price).

Use

How we use your information.

To deliver the files and license you purchased, send order confirmations and download links, respond to messages sent through the contact form, and keep basic records of purchases for accounting and support.

Cookies & storage

Cookies and local storage.

The only cookie this site sets is used to keep the producer signed in to the admin dashboard — it isn't set for ordinary visitors and carries no personal information. Your shopping cart lives in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device until you check out.

Analytics

Analytics.

When enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and store activity, such as beats viewed or checkout started. Google sets its own cookies and processes that data under its own privacy policy. Analytics is optional — when it isn't configured, no analytics script runs at all.

Who else sees it

Third-party services.

We rely on a small number of processors to run the store: Stripe for payment processing and checkout, Resend for order and inquiry emails, and optionally Google Analytics for traffic insight. Each handles data under its own policy — see Stripe's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

Retention

Data retention.

Order and email records are kept as long as needed for accounting, support, and license verification. Download links expire automatically 72 hours after they're issued and are identified only by a one-time hashed token — never by anything that identifies you personally.

Your choices

Your choices and rights.

You can ask what information we hold about an order or contact-form submission, or ask us to delete it, through Contact. If analytics is enabled, you can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or Google's own analytics opt-out tools.

Age

Children's privacy.

Stemmed Beatz is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. Our Terms of Use require users to be at least 18 to use the site or make a purchase.

Updates

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy as the site or our processors change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
